We are pleased to offer two interactive, online workshops designed to strengthen your research data management skills. Organized in cooperation with GRADE (Goethe Research Academy for Early Career Researchers), these sessions are tailored to different academic levels and research needs, covering both foundational and practical aspects of data management.
Session 1: Research Data Management Basics
This 120-minute workshop is ideal for Master’s students, PhD candidates, and Postdocs. Topics include the FAIR principles, the data lifecycle, identifying reliable data sources, choosing appropriate data repositories, and understanding the fundamentals of data management plans (DMPs), policies, and standards.

Session 2: Data Management Plan (DMP)
This 60-minute workshop targets PhD students, Postdocs, and Principal Investigators, providing hands-on instruction on creating a Data Management Plan using the GFBio DMP-Tool.
