Description

Ecological questions and the data needed to answer them are increasing in complexity. This leads to large amounts of data collected during individual research projects and the need to integrate heterogeneous data. NFDI4Biodiversity is an expert network, which provides support to individuals and institutional stakeholders with the aim of preventing data loss, enabling researchers to easily archive and publish data and simplifying the retrieval and integration of ecologically relevant data. We will introduce you to Research Data Management (RDM) as well as services that help you with central aspects of the data life cycle. We will show you how you can create a Data Management Plan (DMP) and how to prepare, submit and archive heterogeneous data in domain-specific archives and collections.
